I have over 25 years of experience in the education industry backed by international experience both in India and London. I began my career as a Head Educator for a leading Institute and further went on to complete my Diploma from London, wherein I had the opportunity to learn and teach a diverse audience. On my return to India, I launched one of the first of its kind schools based on Montessori principles of teaching, and educated over 2000 students across 17 years as the school principal.  

 

Further, I completed a 12 month course in experiential education and earned a Diploma in Experiential Education and Practice. I have successfully conducted over 100 workshops for diverse groups of people, as well as customized modules for leading manufacturing companies with an employee strength of 400+ people.  The companies have continued to leverage the insights and knowledge and have further carried out self-initiated sessions to ensure that these values become second nature to the team.
